Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, enhancing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and succession planning, all while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee talent acquisition and employee onboarding processes
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and health and safety standards
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Support executive management with strategic planning and policy development

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
