Job Description
The role involves aligning HR practices with business objectives, delivering HR policy guidance, developing key talent, and managing recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with management and employees to foster a productive work environment, implement wellness and diversity initiatives, and ensure the organization maintains the right workforce structure for future growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to business units
Implement cost-effective recruitment and selection programs
Manage induction and orientation programs for new hires
Promote occupational health and safety compliance
Foster community relations and serve as a liaison with external stakeholders
Resolve complex employee relations issues and handle grievances
Monitor and support internal talent development
Coordinate and ensure participation in performance appraisals
Organize training programs for natnudO staff
Advise HOBs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Implement employee wellness, diversity, and inclusion strategies
Maintain the right workforce size, structure, and agility for business needs
Provide recruitment feedback and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
A Master’s degree is an added advantage
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is preferred
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Business planning and analytical abilities
People and time management
MS Office proficiency and calendar management
Report writing and presentation skills
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight timelines
Excellent relationship management and lateral thinking
