Job Description

Rankford Global is seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager to join their team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will lead workforce planning, manage recruitment, and oversee HR operations to align with company goals.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment,
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll administration
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal processes
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
