How to Apply
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of academic and non-academic staff.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, university regulations, and accreditation requirements.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably within the education sector or a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and institutional governance.
Academic work load allocation experience will be added advantage
Good communication, leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
