Job Description

The role involves providing administrative support to the hospital, implementing process improvements, enforcing customer service excellence, managing staff performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to Shalom Hospital standards. The administrator will oversee finance, HR, IT, marketing, security, housekeeping, catering, preventive maintenance, asset management, and CSR initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.

  • Identify and coordinate staff training needs

  • Ensure security, housekeeping, and catering services meet high standards

  • Oversee preventive maintenance of biomedical and other equipment

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth targets

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to enhance patient experience

  • Manage asset inventories and coordinate business process re-engineering

  • Promote corporate social responsibility initiatives that strengthen the hospital’s brand

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
