Job Description
The role involves providing administrative support to the hospital, implementing process improvements, enforcing customer service excellence, managing staff performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to Shalom Hospital standards. The administrator will oversee finance, HR, IT, marketing, security, housekeeping, catering, preventive maintenance, asset management, and CSR initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.

Provide administrative support to the hospital/facility
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement to enhance efficiency and growth
Enforce customer service excellence standards
Coordinate performance appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with hospital rules, regulations, and statutory guidelines
Improve revenue collection and prevent wastage/fraud
Manage employees and coordinate staff welfare schemes
Oversee work planning, target setting, and reporting
Supervise human resources, finance, IT, and other health service areas
Manage media relations and public image
Identify and coordinate staff training needs
Ensure security, housekeeping, and catering services meet high standards
Oversee preventive maintenance of biomedical and other equipment
Lead sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth targets
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to enhance patient experience
Manage asset inventories and coordinate business process re-engineering
Promote corporate social responsibility initiatives that strengthen the hospital’s brand
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
Proven experience in hospital or healthcare administration
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Competency in process improvement and revenue management
