The Head of Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and standards. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, setting operational policies, budgeting, and working closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management services.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist with the relevant regulatory
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting,
with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management,
and clinical pharmacy practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare
