Job Description
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities including menu design, team supervision, food preparation, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
Design and update menus based on guest preferences and seasonality
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Manage food inventory and control costs
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
