Job Description
Masha Foods is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, manage culinary staff, and ensure the preparation of high-quality, consistent, and safe meals. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of professional kitchen management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Design, develop, and manage menus in line with customer preferences and business goals
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, stock control, and food costing
- Monitor kitchen efficiency and minimize food wastage
- Coordinate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
