Job Description

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain high quality culinary standards throughout the hotel restaurant and café.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding health and safety requirements.
- Maintaining and establishing relationships with service providers to ensure product quality.
- Work together with management to curate innovate and sensational dishes/menus taking into account factors such as seasonal availability, number of customers, special functions etc.
- Handle and teach preparation and other culinary skills in line with well-defined recipes.
- Consistently monitor and improve the establishment’s kitchen and its culinary service.
- Managing and leading the kitchen team, planning menus, handling staff trainings and monitoring food control plans closely.
- Monitoring and controlling kitchen costs and stock levels to maximize profitability
