Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and review of departmental strategies, work plans, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and monitor projects for quality assurance, safety, and profitability.
- Ensure project sites are free from encumbrances and conduct site surveys/land optimization.
- Review project designs including infrastructure, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Oversee Strategic Business Units (SBU) within the Engineering department.
- Prepare consolidated periodic project reports for management decisions.
- Maintain Company properties and mechanical plant/equipment.
- Coordinate Engineering departmental budgeting processes.
- Manage contractual reviews and procurement/tendering processes to mitigate risks.
- Provide team leadership, performance management, and coaching for direct reports.
