Job Description
This position involves implementing and scaling the business banking value propositions across various business centres. The incumbent will lead the engagement of clients through dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams (squads) and develop client-centric solutions based on business life journeys. The Head will be responsible for transforming local markets into platform-driven ecosystems while spearheading necessary people and culture transformations. The role also includes overseeing financial performance, ensuring platform integration, and staying ahead of technological and open banking trends.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Implement and embed business client value propositions across business centres
Scale and commercialise client journeys through local market engagements
Lead multidisciplinary squads to ensure platform-based client service delivery
Drive the transition of local markets into platform businesses
Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration
Manage regional income statements and balance sheets
Stay abreast of developments in open banking and digital transformation
Ensure alignment between business objectives and customer outcomes

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
First Degree in Business Commerce or related field
Experience Required:
8–10 years of significant business banking experience managing a portfolio of clients
Proven ability to manage income statements and balance sheets
In-depth understanding of digital banking, platform integration, and open banking models
