Job Description
KCB Bank Kenya is seeking a Hardware Support Specialist to manage and support end-user hardware and related peripherals. The role involves overseeing mass deployment solutions, maintaining operating systems, and managing network services and protocols within the banking environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for end-user hardware and peripheral devices.
- Execute mass deployment and support solutions including cloning, SCCM, and patch management.
- Administer and support Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Manage network services, protocols, and Active Directory Domain Services.
- Assist in the management of messaging, collaboration, and database management systems.
