Marriott is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to build and deliver memorable and unique experiences for guests. The role involves managing a wide range of services, processing operational needs, and sharing highlights of the local area to ensure transactions feel like part of a seamless guest experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and experience that is memorable and unique.
- Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Move about the space and do what needs to be done.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, or share the highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
- Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance).
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
