Job Description
Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career with one of Uganda’s leading insurance companies? We invite ambitious, high-potential graduates to apply for our 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme – an intensive 18-month development journey designed to transform talented young professionals into future industry leaders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across business functions including underwriting, claims, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Support day-to-day operational and strategic projects under supervision.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to build technical and leadership skills.
- Engage with teams across different branches and develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and alignment with Liberty’s core values.
