Program Overview:
The Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month comprehensive training experience that provides participants with exposure to various business functions and offers numerous development opportunities, including:
Departmental Rotations: Gain practical experience across different business units such as finance, IT, operations, marketing, and customer service. This allows trainees to understand the company’s operations holistically.
Workshops: Participate in technical and soft skills workshops designed to enhance your expertise in areas like fintech solutions, financial inclusion, digital payments, and project management.
