Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program at Ensibuuko is designed to offer recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-growing fintech and financial inclusion sectors. The program will help participants build professional skills, industry knowledge, and a strong foundation for their future careers. It also supports Ensibuuko’s commitment to developing a pool of talent that will drive future innovation and growth within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Overview:
The Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month comprehensive training experience that provides participants with exposure to various business functions and offers numerous development opportunities, including:
Departmental Rotations: Gain practical experience across different business units such as finance, IT, operations, marketing, and customer service. This allows trainees to understand the company’s operations holistically.
Workshops: Participate in technical and soft skills workshops designed to enhance your expertise in areas like fintech solutions, financial inclusion, digital payments, and project management.
Mentorship: Receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced professionals within Ensibuuko. This mentorship helps trainees navigate the challenges of the program and gain insights into the fintech industry.
