Job Description
The Graduate Program is designed to equip aspiring mechanical engineers with hands-on experience in the design, testing, and maintenance of wet services and diesel systems critical to data centre operations. Graduates will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to troubleshooting and system analysis, and gain exposure to fluid mechanics applications. This program provides mentorship, networking opportunities, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), making it an ideal launchpad for a successful engineering career.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of wet services and diesel-related mechanical systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers on system development and optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues within operational systems.
Conduct testing, performance analysis, and system evaluations.
Support project teams with technical documentation and compliance requirements.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Final year student or graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on fluid mechanics.
Strong theoretical understanding of mechanical and fluid systems.
Proficiency in engineering and simulation software tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with diesel systems and wet service applications.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Experience in testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
