The General Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision, goals and objectives of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with the regulatory and ethical standards of the microfinance industry.
Oversees the overall operations and performance of the company.
The General Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision, goals and objectives of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with the regulatory and ethical standards of the microfinance industry.
The General Manager also leads and manages the staff, finances, products, services, partnerships and stakeholders of the company, and fosters a culture of excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A master's degree for General Manager is an added advantage.
A bachelor's degree and a professional certification a in related field.
Minimum experience of 3 years in the financial sector.
Knowledge of Computer applications is an added advantage.
