Job Description
K Hotels is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests professionally
- Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold hotel standards and front office procedures
