Job Description
IUEA is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of the university by providing accurate information, coordinating campus tours, and supporting recruitment and customer service activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in prospective students, parents, and other visitors in a warm and professional manner. Provide accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and campus facilities. Coordinate campus tours and link visitors with the appropriate departments or admissions staff. Register visitor details and capture prospective student leads in the CRM system. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and front desk area at all times. Distribute brochures, application forms, and other promotional or informational materials. Handle routine inquiries professionally and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate staff. Support recruitment events, open days, and university outreach activities as required. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
