Donswift Company is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team in Entebbe. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

How to Apply
Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle room reservations and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage the hotel’s social media platforms by posting engaging content, promoting offers, and responding to guest messages.
Maintain up-to-date guest records, process payments, and generate daily front desk reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests and special needs are met efficiently.
Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
