Job Description
Floor Supervisors will oversee restaurant floor operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a great customer experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise wait staff and daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Monitor staff performance and discipline
- Coordinate floor activities with kitchen and management
