Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support Huawei IMS Core platforms including IMS, HSS, MGCF, SBC, SPG, and associated legacy voice systems
- Administer and optimize fixed voice services including SIP trunks, hosted PBX, PSTN emulation, and enterprise voice solutions
- Provision, activate, test, and troubleshoot voice services for enterprise customers
- Support Webex calling, unified communications, and third-party voice application platforms
- Monitor network performance, analyze alarms, and resolve service-impacting issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of SIP signaling, call routing, voice quality, and media gateway issues
- Support migrations from legacy PSTN, E1/PRI, and NGN platforms to IMS-based services
- Conduct protocol analysis using Wireshark and perform Root Cause Analysis
- Manage equipment licensing, platform upgrades, configuration changes, and capacity expansion
