Project Assistant - Productive Learning (6 Positions)

• Support implementation of Productive Learning activities in line with the UNLOCK Program Model
• Facilitate capacity building of households, youth, and community groups on productive learning approaches
• Support establishment and strengthening of learning groups and community structures
• Support routine collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of program data
• Strengthen collaboration with District Local Governments, schools, and community stakeholders
• Support preparation of work plans, budgets, and implementation plans
• Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Education, Agriculture, Community Development, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in any of the above fields is an added advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience implementing education, livelihoods, or community development programs within an NGO
• Experience working with community structures and local government

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and community mobilization skills
• Christian commitment to serving the poor and agreement with FH's Christian beliefs
• Strong understanding of productive learning and community resilience approaches
• Ability to work in rural field settings across multiple districts
