Job Description
Dyer & Blair is hiring a Fixed Income Trader to handle primary market auctions and secondary market trading in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the Bank of Uganda auction calendar and prepare client participation applications.
- Support placement of corporate bonds and maintain subscription trackers.
- Execute client buy and sell orders for government and corporate bonds on the USE.
- Advise clients on auctions and portfolio rebalancing opportunities.
- Coordinate trade settlements and maintain accurate records in the back-office system.
