Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergoing intensive training in factory management and coffee production
- Supervising factory floor operations and workers
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Reporting to senior management on production targets
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.30
- Male candidates below 29 years of age
- Passionate about growing a career in agriculture
- Willingness to work and live within factory environment located in Kapeeka Nakaseke District
