Job Description
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Organisation: Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation -Uganda (Baylor-Uganda)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Efficient Mobile Money Float management.
Disbursements effectively followed up between Yo Uganda and Baylor Foundation Uganda respective accounts.
Swift processing of Mobile money transactions.
Proper accounting procedures for Mobile money followed at all stages.
Satisfactory Accountability for all mobile money transactions.
Reconciliations done on a timely basis by close of each day.
Enhance compliance through continuous training.
Review of Standard Operating Procedures on mobile money whenever need arises and dissemination of the same.
Provision of support to team and liaison between Yo Uganda and Baylor Foundation Uganda.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
Membership to professional organizations i.e., ACCA or CPA (U) or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting related qualification.
Over Six years’ working experience with at least Four years’ experience in the Finance department of a reputable Non-Governmental Organization.
