Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and sale of life assurance and funeral policies within the Bellville area. Duties include conducting thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements, following up on leads, onboarding new members, and ensuring continuous service excellence for existing clients. The Financial Advisor will also ensure quality control of new business submitted and uphold compliance with FSCA regulations. The role requires strong sales acumen, customer engagement skills, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
FAIS credits on NQF Level 4 (as per FSCA requirements)
RE5 certification (as per FSCA requirements)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in financial services)
Skills and Competencies:
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
