Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing of life assurance and funeral policies within Richards Bay. This includes conducting needs analyses to determine client requirements, following up on sales leads, providing service to both new and existing clients, and ensuring the quality and compliance of new business submissions. The role requires a solid understanding of FSCA regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

How to Apply
Promote and sell life assurance and funeral policies
Conduct detailed client needs analyses

Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
FAIS credits on NQF Level 4 (as required by FSCA)
RE5 certification (as required by FSCA)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in the financial services sector)
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
