Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash float, process approved payments, track balances, and ensure accountability with receipts and supporting documents.
- Oversee financial documentation related to inventory movement, stock counts, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Support finance-related asset tracking in line with our Asset Management Policy.
- Ensure financial records (physical and digital) are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Work with Operations, HR, and other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay informed of changes in financial regulations and recommend improvements to local finance processes.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
