Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance systems.

Systems & Process Management

• Oversee use and optimization of financial management and accounting systems (ERP).
• Support implementation and improvement of ODOO and other financial software.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the finance team across branches and subsidiaries.
• Work closely with management to support operational and strategic decisions.

Audit & Risk Management

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
