Job Description
The Graduate Trainee / Intern will work under the guidance of senior consultants to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This position provides structured on-the-job training and mentorship with a clear pathway into a Junior Functional Consultant role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist with system setup and configuration in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support activities
- Assist with data preparation, validation, and migration
- Support preparation of training materials, user guides, and documentation
- Provide basic user support under supervision
- Learn ERP best practices, business processes, and Microsoft technologies
