Manage daily financial operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll.
Prepare timely financial reports—monthly, quarterly, and annual.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations (URA, NSSF, PAYE, etc.).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee procurement, asset tracking, and general office administration.
Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
Provide administrative support to management and team members.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in finance and administration.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Sage).
Demonstrated attention to detail and high ethical standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
