Keti AI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Supervisor to oversee field activities under the Dettol Hygiene Quest campaign. The successful candidate will coordinate field teams, drive sales and brand visibility, and ensure effective community engagement and campaign execution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field sales teams
- Ensure proper execution of the Dettol Hygiene Quest campaign activities
- Monitor sales performance and achievement of targets
- Train and motivate field staff
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and community partners
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines
