About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our sales efforts in Uganda. You'll lead a team of sales reps, build strong relationships with clients (especially boda boda riders), and help expand Zembo’s footprint. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who’s passionate about clean tech and mobility.

  • Reporting: Deliver regular sales reports to management with insights, progress, and challenges.

  • Customer Support: Address customer issues quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years in sales

    • 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role

    • Experience in motorcycles, automotive, or e-mobility is a strong plus

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills

    • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

    • Data-driven with strong analytical skills

    • Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms

    • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments

    • Deep understanding of the Ugandan market and the boda boda industry is an advantage

    • Passion for electric mobility and environmental impact
