Job Description
Join our dynamic field sales team! You’ll be on the frontlines of student recruitment, visiting schools, conducting presentations, and building relationships that convert prospective students into enrolled Pioneers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct school visits and presentations to students and parents
- Represent IUEA at education fairs and recruitment events
- Build relationships with school counselors and administrators
- Follow up on leads and track them through the enrollment funnel
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate Lead records for Call Centre team to conduct follow up
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Schedule campus tours for prospective students
