Job Description
Provide leadership and direction to the Sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities/Tasks:
Achieve the annual sales targets.
Provide leadership and direction to the Sales team.
Responsible for effective product launches in the market.
Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer relationship initiatives to strengthen company market share.
Lead the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns to get the desired outcome.
Monitor and report sales performance as per market segments.
Identify emerging markets and undertake and report competitor analysis.
Regularly review and share stakeholder’s reports.
Conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) programs in the market.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports to management.
Qualifications and Competencies
Qualification:
Bachelors' degree in relevant field.
A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
5+ years in field sales more preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
Prior experience in supervising a sales team.
Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:
Direct sales management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability in business acumen.
Computer knowledge (proficiency in MS office).
Self-starter, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
High-level of integrity.
