Job Description
Plus Save Financial Solutions is seeking 20 Field Officers to identify and engage new clients, promote company services, and conduct field visits for payment collections. The role involves building strong customer relationships and ensuring strict adherence to KYC guidelines while meeting sales and collection targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and Engage New Clients: Proactively look for and approach potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Conduct Field Visits for Collections: Visit clients in the field to collect payments in line with company policies and procedures.
- Build & Maintain Customer Relationships: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining strong, professional relationships & following up on customer inquiries and needs.
- Collect and Verify Client Information: Gather all necessary customer details while strictly following the company’s Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Provide Customer Feedback: Share any client feedback, concerns, or concerns with your supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet Sales & Collection Targets: Work with a flexible schedule & remain focused on meeting or exceeding set targets for both sales and collections.
