Job Description
PalmPay is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Collector responsible for collecting payments, conducting field visits, and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will work to ensure timely payment of overdue accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance with company policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Collection Activities: Performs collection activities primarily through field visits to customers' locations, ensuring timely payment of overdue accounts.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to explain delinquencies, negotiate payment plans and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, payments received and any agreements made with customers.
- Reporting: Need to report on collection progress and provide updates to management regarding outstanding accounts and collection strategies.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices are crucial.
