Job Description
Job Title: Field Collections Team Leader – Vehicles
Organisation: Mogo Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assign field visit cases to field agents.
Coordinate with repossession officers to monitor daily performance and ensure specialists receive adequate support.
Provide leadership by communicating team goals, motivating team members, and addressing their concerns.
Support agents to ensure successful task completion.
Assist with onboarding and training new debt collection hires.
Drive strong performance management through clear communication of performance expectations.
Identify training needs, prepare training materials, and recommend external training when necessary.
Develop strategies to promote adherence to debt collection policies and performance objectives.
Conduct team meetings to communicate updates on processes, target achievements, and expectations.
Monitor and train team members on the use of field collection tools and the company’s ERP system.
Generate and share detailed reports on team performance.
Propose improvements to the debt collection process.
Ensure daily repossessed vehicles are accurately aligned with Redash reports and updated in the system.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Fluency in English.
Proven leadership skills.
Demonstrated loyalty and integrity
