Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and payments
- Reconcile insurance receipts and ensure accurate billing records
- Resolve billing queries and disputes with insurers and patients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
