CALL FOR FACILITATOR!
We're looking for an experienced facilitator for RAHU Board Appraisal, Evaluation and reflection.
• Have you showcased expertise in board governance processes?
• Can you demonstrate knowledge and skills in managing basic qualitative monitoring and evaluation processes?
• Can you demonstrate knowledge and skills in managing basic qualitative monitoring and evaluation processes?
The Facilitator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various activities and programs that aim to promote positive behavior change and social transformation among the youth.
The Facilitator also acts as a mentor and role model for the participants, providing them with guidance and support.

A minimum of a diploma in social work, education, counseling, or any related field
At least two years of experience in facilitating youth empowerment programs, preferably in the areas of sexual and reproductive health and rights, life skills, and entrepreneurship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of young people
A strong commitment to the vision and mission of Reach A Hand Uganda, and a passion for youth empowerment
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity
Willingness to travel and work in different locations across the country
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
