As an F&B Supervisor at K Hotel, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the dining establishments.
Your primary focus is to exceed guests’ dining expectations by maintaining high standards of service and food quality. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role:
Daily Operations Oversight:
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage department.
Ensure that all services meet established standards of quality and efficiency.
Staff Training and Compliance:
Develop and implement training programs for food and beverage staff.
Enhance their skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory control:
Order supplies efficiently.
Conduct regular stock takes.
Minimize waste to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Menu Development and Coordination:
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus:
Consider customer preferences.
Account for seasonal availability of ingredients.
Stay updated on current culinary trends.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and tactfully.
Take immediate action to resolve any issues and enhance the overall dining experience.
Budget Preparation and Management:
Prepare and manage the budget for the food and beverage department.
Forecast and plan for future needs or expansions.
Schedule staff shifts:
Consider peak meal times and special events.
Ensure adequate coverage and efficient service.
Vendor Negotiations:
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers:
Secure the best prices and quality for food, beverages, and other necessary supplies.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal abilities.
Reliable and responsible.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues.
Familiarity with Micros (desirable).
Leadership skills for motivating and inspiring the team.
