Services include: Recruitment, Payroll Management, Outsourcing, capacity development and Management Consulting:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential export markets and opportunities for the company's products or services. Analyzing market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to develop effective export strategies.

  • Sales and Business Development: Developing and implementing sales and business development plans to expand the company's presence in international markets. Identifying and prospecting potential customers, distributors, and partners abroad. Negotiating contracts and agreements with overseas clients and partners.

  • Export Documentation and Compliance: Managing all aspects of export documentation, including preparing shipping documents, export licenses, customs declarations, and certificates of origin. Ensuring compliance with export regulations, trade agreements, and international trade laws.

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the logistics and supply chain activities involved in exporting goods to international markets. Overseeing shipping arrangements, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

  • Quality Control and Product Compliance: Ensuring that exported products meet quality standards, safety regulations, and product certification requirements in target markets. Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party testing agencies to ensure product compliance.

  • Risk Management and Insurance: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, political instability, and transportation delays. Arranging appropriate insurance coverage to protect the company's interests in export transactions.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with overseas customers, distributors, agents, and other stakeholders. Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Financial Management and Pricing Strategy: Setting export prices and terms in accordance with market conditions, competition, and profitability objectives. Monitoring and analyzing export sales performance, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments such as sales, marketing, production, finance, and legal to align export activities with overall business goals and objectives. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of export plans.

  • Continuous Improvement and Strategy Development: Continuously evaluating export performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Developing and refining export strategies, tactics, and processes to optimize business outcomes and stay competitive in the global marketplace

  • Over 5 years of experience in Export Sales, Marketing, or Management

  • Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Incoterms

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Experience in handling Sales of First Consumer Products at least 5 years.

  • Good command of the English language
