Job Description
Job Title: Equipment Trainer / Inspector
Organisation: Mota Engil
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Perform initial theoretical and practical training actions regarding the operation of heavy equipment as well as safety techniques. Continuous training of operators through side-by-side actions. Continuous assessment of the skills of maneuvers and drivers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Mandatory education or equivalent technical course;
Experience in the area as trainer with Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CPC);
Minimum experience of 5 years in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, track tractors, articulated dumpers, cylinders) and lorries;
Good computer skills;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
Ability to organize and plan;
Adaptation capacity;
Mobility availability.
