Job Title:  Equipment Trainer / Inspector

Organisation: Mota Engil

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Perform initial theoretical and practical training actions regarding the operation of heavy equipment as well as safety techniques. Continuous training of operators through side-by-side actions. Continuous assessment of the skills of maneuvers and drivers.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Mandatory education or equivalent technical course;

  • Experience in the area as trainer with Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CPC);

  • Minimum experience of 5 years in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, track tractors, articulated dumpers, cylinders) and lorries;

  • Good computer skills;

  • Good knowledge of the English language;

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written);

  • Ability to organize and plan;

  • Adaptation capacity;

  • Mobility availability.
