Job Description

Microfin Uganda Limited is seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to various aspects of the financial services industry. Successful candidates will be trained and mentored to build a strong foundation for a career in banking and finance.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Support daily operations across different departments such as customer service, credit, and administration
Assist in processing loan applications and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in field activities including client visits and market research
Provide support in financial analysis and reporting
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
