Job Description
We are seeking a highly disciplined and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager who can lead operations while maintaining strict control over costs, inventory, and procurement.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership and financial oversight. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing both service delivery and backend controls.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Take full ownership of food and beverage cost control, including monitoring margins and reducing waste
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems (stock counts, variance tracking, reorder levels)
- Lead all procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and quality control
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across F&B operations
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu pricing, portion control, and cost optimization
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and stock movement; provide clear, accurate weekly reports
- Identify inefficiencies and take immediate corrective action
- Train, supervise, and manage F&B staff to ensure accountability and performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
