Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, engage with decision-makers at senior levels, and tailor solutions that align with client needs. The role includes identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects from marketing activities, presenting service offerings, and closing deals. This position is ideal for a smart, shrewd, and passionate individual eager to make an impact in enterprise-level sales.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Articulate the value proposition of IT managed services to C-level executives
Generate new business leads and proactively identify decision-makers
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
Understand client needs and recommend innovative and relevant service solutions
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar sales role
Certificate in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Smart, shrewd, and passionate about sales
Ability to engage at senior executive levels
