DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects;

• Liaises with other engineers, and maintains relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders; manages and coordinates all internal relationships of the project efficiently;

• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;

• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials;

• Confirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties;

• Develops electrical products by studying client’s requirements; researching and testing and assemble methods and materials;

• Develops processes of designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators;

• Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities;

• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;

• Provides engineering information of answering queries and requests;

• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with the rules and regulations;

• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repairs if need arises;

• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians;

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required;

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
