Job Description
To lead and manage Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) operations, ensuring efficient system performance, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of projects within the organization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all Electrical and Instrumentation operations and maintenance
- Lead and manage E&I teams, including supervision and performance management
- Plan and manage budgets, projects, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in plant efficiency and reliability
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support cross-functional project execution
