Job Description
The Driver will be responsible for driving Bayport vehicles, either with or without authorized passengers, to designated destinations as directed by the supervisor. Responsibilities also include delivering packages, goods, and other items, performing daily vehicle maintenance checks, and reporting any damages or accidents. The role involves ensuring the security of the vehicle, authorized passengers, and luggage. Additionally, the driver will manage the vehicle’s movement logbook, maintain up-to-date insurance records, and submit monthly vehicle reports.

How to Apply
Drive Bayport vehicles to designated destinations as per supervisor’s instructions and in compliance with administrative guidelines and road safety laws.
Deliver packages, goods, mails, and other items to specific locations in line with company policies.
Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks, such as inspecting engine oil, water levels, battery, brakes, tyre pressure, and vehicle condition before each journey.
Carry out minor vehicle repairs (e.g., tightening bolts, topping up battery water) as required.
Monitor and ensure the security of the vehicle, authorized passengers, and luggage.
Report all vehicle damages, accidents, or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Maintain an up-to-date vehicle movement logbook and ensure insurance documents are current.
Prepare and submit vehicle monthly reports in accordance with company policy.
1Valid Driving permit Class B (Car ≤5-Seater) and Class D1 (Passenger 14-seater).
Minimum of ‘O’ level qualification and training in driving.
Defensive driving skills and mechanical skills are an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively and provide support when necessary.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to present ideas and solutions in a user-friendly manner.
